Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate at checkout, and free on all orders over $50.

How long until my order arrives?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after that. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the United States. If that changes, we’ll announce it here and on our homepage.

How fast will I see results?

How is the SHARP Trimmer different from a razor?
A blade cuts below the skin, which is exactly what lets hair curl back in and cause bumps. The SHARP Trimmer cuts at skin level — close, but never below — so you get a clean look without the nicks, burn, and ingrowns. It’s waterproof and works wet or dry.

What’s in the products?
Our formulas use recognized, clinical-grade actives — like sulfur, salicylic acid, azelaic acid, niacinamide, and soothing botanicals — chosen for bump-prone skin. Full ingredient lists are on each product page.

Is it safe to use every day?
Yes, when used as directed. As with any active skincare, introduce one product at a time, follow the usage on the label, and if you have a known sensitivity or skin condition, check with your dermatologist first. For external use only; avoid contact with eyes.
