Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders from Body Reviva are processed and delivered. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Shipping rates

Shipping is charged at a flat rate, calculated and shown at checkout. Shipping is free on all orders over $50. Any applicable shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times

Within the United States, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed. Total delivery time includes both processing and transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. If international shipping becomes available in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and tracking link so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Delayed, lost, or stuck packages

If your tracking information has not updated for several days, or your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will attempt to correct it before shipment.
