This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders from Tryfernix are processed and delivered. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
Shipping rates
Shipping is charged at a flat rate, calculated and shown at checkout. Shipping is free on all orders over $50. Any applicable rate is displayed before you complete your purchase.
Delivery times
Within the United States, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after your order has been processed. Total delivery time is the processing time plus transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. If we begin offering international shipping, we will announce it here and on our homepage.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and link so you can follow your package to your door.
Delayed, lost, or stuck packages
If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, please contact us and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will try to correct it before the order ships.
