Our 60-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will make it right with a refund. This applies even if you have opened and tried the product, because we want you to be able to give the routine a fair chance.

How to start a return or refund

Email us at support@tryfernix.com with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We will reply with the next steps, including a return address if a return is needed.

Refunds

Once your request is approved (and we have received your returned item, if a return is required), we will issue your refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after approval. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

Return shipping

If a return is required, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or refund you at no additional cost.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to request a refund for the original item and place a new order. If you would prefer a direct exchange, email us and we will help.

Changing or canceling an order

Need to change or cancel an order? Email us as soon as possible after ordering. If it has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update or cancel it.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
